Standard Retainer

Almost every Law Firm will ask for a standard retainer. This is a sum of money that is deposited into a trust account and time is billed against it. Deenik Law, LLC will work with you regarding a reasonable retainer for the services you seek if this is the option you choose. 

Monthly Payments

Deenik Law, LLC can agree to take on your case for guaranteed monthly payments. When this option is selected you will not be required to make a large retainer, instead certain minimum payments are due each month. 

Credit Cards

Flat Fee

Deenik Law, LLC is happy to enter into flat fee arrangements when appropriate. A certain fee is charged for the work necessary to complete your case. 

This option works best when you only need assistance on part of your case- for example, document drafting.
